With over 4,000 members and growing, we are a network of individuals working together to advance the idea of Human Respect. Joining as a member gives you access to our monthly newsletter and social media groups where you can follow our latest causes and learn how you can volunteer. Sustaining members – those who choose Ember, Fire, or Blaze memberships or subscriptions, also get access to the Training Academy and exclusive You Are The Power merch.

Be a Volunteer

Our volunteers are the heart and soul of You Are The Power. They are our Regional and State Organizers, identifying causes, working with clients, and recruting motiviated individuals to the organization. They are our vetting team and tiger team members, investigating causes, gathering data, following up on leads, and ensuring the causes we promote a factual and complete. Our volunteers come from every walk of life and professional experience and bring vast talents to the services we provide. 

Attend an Event

You Are The Power hosts several events every year, both in-person and online. As a member, you get exclusive access to the Training Academy series, online events where we discuss topics to expand your knowledge base and give insights into how we operate. We also host cause-specific events to draw media attention to the families and communites we support.
