Membership

When you create a membership account with YATP you agree to the following:

1.  Your membership will be automatically renewed, and annual membership fees will be directly withdrawn yearly.

2.  You may cancel your membership at any time. If you do not cancel, your membership will automatically renew. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at support@youarethepower.net.

3.  The benefits of membership will be discontinued with non-payment or cancellation.

4.  You are solely responsible for your membership account and the security/privacy of your account, including passwords and sensitive information attached to your account.

5.  All personal information you provide to us through your membership account is up to date, accurate, and truthful.

6.  Membership benefits can change at any time. You will be notified prior to any change in your membership benefits.

7. YATP may terminate your membership at any time for [a] failure to pay your monthly dues and other charges when due, or [b] any breach of the terms in item #8. YATP also has the right to terminate your membership at any time without cause. 

8. By becoming a Member of YATP, you agree that you will not [a] share your login information with non-members, [b] Reproduce/distribute to non-members any of the information received from YATP or our partners as part of your membership, [c] conduct yourself in a way that doesn’t comport with YATP’s Statement of Values, or [d] commit, or attempt to commit, any fraud, theft, or violence (except in defense) against anyone, member or non-member.

Third Party goods and Services

YATP offers goods and services from third parties.  We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of products made available by third parties on our Site. Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site or membership assets.

Limitation of Liability

YATP and our chair, directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from either your use of the Site, or your membership to YATP.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.  We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions.
